What delivery address should I give?
We recommend giving a business name and address if you are not home all the time. Please note that if an adult is not present to sign for the wines when shipping via TNT Express, then they will be taken to the nearest TNT facility, which may not be close to your delivery address.
What are my shipping options?
Delivery: You can select to have your wine shipped via Australia Post General or TNT Express.
Pick Up: You can collect your wines from our Cellar Door located at 23 Coppermine Road, McLaren Vale SA.
Does Mollydooker have a shipping offer?
Yes, currently you’ll receive $12 standard shipping on any 750ml 12-bottle case (including the MollyClub Dozen) via Australia Post General. For all other quantities, general or express delivery charges apply.
AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER
How will I know when my wines are coming?
The shipping company will send a tracking number to the email address provided, once your wines have been dispatched. Please allow 10 working days for delivery. In the warmer months, if it is too hot to ship your wines safely we will let you know. You can either override our caution and send the wines the next available business day, or you can upgrade to TNT Express for an additional charge.

A card will be left at your address and you will be able to claim your wines from the local Post Office or at the nearest TNT facility. We are unable to leave your wine order outside if you are not home. Insurance claims cannot be made for packages that are not signed for.
